Bothra Electricals ("we", "us", "our") operates lightpoint.in (the "Site"), through which we sell Light Point smart home, lighting, and home automation products. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or shop on the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This policy is drafted to be consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable IT Rules.

• Payment details processed through our payment gateway (we do not store full card numbers on our own servers)

• Any information you submit through order notes, product reviews, or enquiry forms (e.g. dealer enquiries)

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on the Site, referring URL, and clickstream data
• Approximate location inferred from IP address

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted checkout and access controls — to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
