- Do I have to pay anything Extra for return?
We do not charge extra for
returns on approved of customer support and all replacements/pickups are done
free of cost.Customer Support will inform you about the pickup process. While
we pick up originally delivered product from most customer locations, there are
certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship
the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping
charges against the original receipt.
- What if same product is not available?
Replacement is subject to
availability of stock with LIGHTPOINT.IN. If the product is out of stock, you
will receive a refund, no questions asked.
- How do I return a product purchased on LIGHTPOINT.IN?
Simply follow these steps
Fill the Product Return form and provide Order ID details.
Customer Support will confirm the
return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
Please ensure that product is in
unused,unaltered,unsoiled and original condition. Include all price tags,
labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
Necessary state/central sales tax
any statutory transit material form have to be initiated by customer for
reverse pick up.

for us to support returns
