Delivery Charges
Delivery Charge is currently fixed at min. 80 INR /Order on order value Less than 2000.
Delivery time
We endeavor to process and dispatch orders within 4-5 business days from the date of purchase. The estimated delivery time frame is 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
In instances where the delivery location is classified as a special destination or an ODA (Outside Delivery Area), additional time may be required to complete the delivery. Should unforeseen circumstances arise that impact transit times, we may request the customer to allow an extra day for receipt of their order.

Delivery Partners
We deliver most of our orders to PAN India with our delivery partners DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEES, ECOM EXPRESS, EKART LOGISTICS, DTDC, BLUEDART, TRACKON etc.
COD (Cash On Delivery)
COD Option is not available on any order.
ODA (Out Of Delivery Area)/ Non –Serviceable
Light Point reserves the right to cancel the order if the delivery location is either ODA or a non-serviceable Pin code by our courier Partners.
